Lucy Grainge graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2007, having completed their 3 year diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
Lucy is a full member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and is registered with the regulatory body CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Council).She has full professional indemnity insurance.
Since 2009 Lucy has been running a busy practice in Chislehurst, Kent, as well as delivering a variety of nutrition courses & workshops.
Lucy’s first degree was in International Management and French which led her to work for one of the UK’s major banks. After 9 years she decided to pursue her interest in health and diet and began a new career in nutrition.
Lucy’s success with her clients is founded on creating motivating, practical and realistic nutrition plans that provide immediate and long term health benefits. Lucy’s protocols are based on established nutrition science and take into account the latest research and thinking from the field of clinical nutrition.
Lucy creates bespoke nutrition programmes which includes: dietary changes, professional quality supplement recommendations and lifestyle advice.
